Island Getaway Travel and Tours takes travellers island hopping around Dinagat Islands. Their website sells tours day and night — and the same system runs everything behind each trip, from payments and boats to guest lists and trip expenses.
The project
Like most tour operators, Island Getaway used to take bookings through chat messages and phone calls. Details were scattered across conversations, payments had to be matched by hand, and preparing guest lists before each departure took hours.
We built them one system that covers the whole journey. Travellers browse tours and destinations, check available dates, book and pay online, and keep track of their trip in their own account. Behind the scenes, the team manages bookings, verifies payments, assigns boats and rooms, prints passenger manifests and records every peso spent on each trip.
The result: a tour company that looks professional online, answers customers instantly, and runs its trips with far less paperwork.
What the system does
Travellers choose a tour, see which dates still have space, and book in minutes. Fully booked or blocked dates are closed automatically, so there are no double bookings.
Guests pay through the payment methods you accept and upload their proof of payment. Staff verify or reject it in one click, and every payment is recorded against its booking.
A friendly chat assistant answers common questions from your own FAQ at any hour, and hands the conversation to a real staff member whenever a guest needs one.
Guests sign up with email, Google or Facebook, see their bookings and payment status, get notifications, and can look up a booking any time.
Assign boats and rooms, build rooming and guest lists, and print passenger manifests for every departure — ready before the boat leaves.
Tour assistants receive a trip fund, log each expense with a photo of the receipt from their phone, and submit the liquidation for the office to review.
Renters verify their email, mobile number, ID and driver's license before renting. Contracts are signed on screen, billing is automatic, and vehicle owners get payout statements.
