SND Print Media offers printing, document services and computer repair. Customers send their files online and see the price instantly, and the whole shop — print jobs, repairs, bulk orders, staff and sales — runs on one system.
The project
A busy print shop loses time in small ways: customers waiting in line to hand over a flash drive, staff counting pages to compute a price, repair units with no clear status, and cash that never quite matches at the end of the day.
We built SND Print Media a system that handles all of it. Customers upload their documents from their phone or computer, choose paper size and copies, and get an exact price calculated from the paper and the amount of ink each page uses. Staff work from a print queue, track every repair and bulk job, and record payments as they come in. The owner sees daily sales, expenses and payroll without touching a spreadsheet.
The shop now serves more customers with shorter lines, prices every job consistently, and knows exactly where every job and every peso is.
What the system does
The price of every page is computed automatically from paper size, paper type, colour and how much ink the page actually uses — so every customer pays a fair, consistent price.
Customers send PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or photos, preview the pages, pick which pages to print and set copies — no account needed with Quick Upload.
Enhance photos, remove backgrounds and prepare print layouts such as ID pictures right in the system, before anything is printed.
Customers follow their order status live, receive payment requests, and upload their payment receipt online. Special rates like thesis and capstone discounts are applied automatically.
Staff see every file waiting to be printed, mark items as printing or printed, and can combine orders — so nothing is forgotten or printed twice.
Every unit gets a claim slip with a control number. Diagnostics, parts and services are logged with photos, and customers can check their repair status online.
Large orders for schools and offices are split into lines, assigned to staff with attached files, and billed with proper statements and invoices.
Sell supplies and products with variants, record new stock and write-offs, and always know what is left on the shelf.
Employees clock in and out, count the opening and closing cash of each shift and log overtime — making every shift accountable.
Attendance and overtime flow straight into payroll. Cash advances are tracked and deducted automatically, and staff can view their own payout history.
